All options require improvements to the highway capacity and infrastructure, but it is not clear how these could be achieved. In particular, traffic along Main Road is already significant and these proposals would disrupt traffic at the Rectory Road Junction. I disagree that the area is well served by schools and services. The nearest schools are a significant distance away and there are limited shops nearby. This would increase the amount of traffic trying to use already congested roads in the area. Details of improvements to roads in the area need to be agreed before any development is approved.
