This site has no sewage treatment which would cause health and safety issues. There would be increased traffic causing highway issues. The nearest school is very full up and has a lot of paking problems this site would cause even more parking problems. More people would cause a strain on local services ie doctors etc. Security of isolated properties would also be a concern as would the fall in house prices as evidenced by property prices in Crays Hill Basildon. The cost of making the site habitable would be very high and you would not be able to support the 15 pitches neaded therefore I do not beleive that the site is viable. Also I think you should take into account the impact such a site would have on the landscape.
