This site is clearly in the Green Belt and no development should be permitted. Allowing development would be in breach of existing plans for the area and would inevitable attract applications for residential development presenting problems for RDC. No sewage is available and provision of such services would be extremely expensive and not be cost effective. The road is unmade and improvements to the road service to permit caravan traffic would be inordinately expensive.
