We would only support this site if only the left hand side of the road leading to St Nicholas Church was used (Lark Hill Road side) , therefore reducing impact on surrounding houses/ density of housing and also not consuming both sides of the road.
It is a shame that the entrance to Canewdon will possibly have modern housing. We hope any housing developments will be in keeping with the surrounds and not the awful 'toy town' modern housing that has been developed i.e. Rochford Square, South Woodham Ferrers, Ashingdon Heights.
