SH1 is the best option. However in terms of infrastructure all these proposals will add to road congestion. Along Rectory Road there is a railway bridge with the road controlled by traffic lights. At the other end is a mini roundabout on one of the busiest 'B' roads in Essex. The bus service is poor. Rectory Road carries traffic to Clements Hall. Unless there is a Transport Plan to maintain traffic flow I am against any proposal?
