As a new resident to the area we object strongly to this site as we feel it would create heavy traffic if the proposed road at the end of Plumberow Avenue is extended, we feel it would could cause a rate run, and be dangerous to the many young children that use Plumberow Avenue on the way to and from the school, also as there is no main sewage drainage facility in that area we feel this would be Health and Safety issue.
