This is a lose/lose/lose/lose option. For travellers; council; taxpayers and residents alike:
- The site is unsuitable with no mains sewer, and with insufficient space to meet the requirement.
- The road is un-made and it is the responsibility of residents to maintain it.
- There is significant costly history of resolving previous issues.
- There will be huge expense for the council and taxpayers to 'make this happen' and,
- as evidenced by similar sites, residential property values will fall dramatically.
This option does not work for any party involved. I am surprised it is even being considered!
