My concerns for this proposed plan is echoed at what's gone on at Crays Hill Basildon in recent years. I'm worried about the impact this will have on property prices in the area as many people including myself have paid a premium to live here. If the plan goes ahead utilities will have to be laid on to the site with the possibility of Plumberow Avenue being made up, which will add an increase in Council Tax. I And if Plumberow is made up this will be used a cut through by all the local motorists.
