A homeowner in the area.
The area being considered has no mains sewage drainage facility and no made up road, who will pay for that- tax payers again! Why is a designated green belt even being considered when a tax payer would be unable to gain planning permission for a dwelling. Householders in this area paid a premium to live in a safe and green area don't turn this into a Cray's Hill situation if this happened our council tax rate bands will have to be lowered dramatically thereby reducing the councils income drastically as most houses here are in the top bands.
This is a permenant residential area not a transient site for a group who do not pay into the community budget as far as I know.
