I consider the possible allocation of site GT4, 285, Plumberow Avenue as a Gipsy/Traveller site as totally unsuitable. The site is not served by the main sewage system and I understand that each householder on that unadopted road is responsible for the maintenance of the road outside of their property. Who would pay for the maintenance of the stretch adjacent to No 285? The site looks to be very small and would contribute very few pitches. The proximity of this site to an extensive residential area could well have a depreciating effect on property prices. Better vehicle access needed.
