This is a very small parcel of land that would accomodate only a small number of people and has no attendant mains services. This tiny piece of land (if it is to be converted from green belt) would be better utilised for residential purposes in keeping with its surroundings.
From a personal point of view this semingly small gypsy placement will have a negative impact on the the value of surrounding residential properties, disproportionate to any advantage gained by the very few travellers accomodated.
This is evident from the impact on property values to surrounding properties near to Cray's Hill Basildon.
