This plot is not suitable for the intended use, ie proposed Traveller Accommodation because of:
- increased traffic where it can least be tolerated on unmade road
- increased noise in the locality
- unsightliness in a semi-rural area and, last but not least,
- will certainly have a detrimental effect on property prices.
I'm stunned the Council is even considering the proposal on this plot and, even more stunned, that Travellers would want to live on it - smack bang in between two residential plots - it's a recipe for disaster.
"Community cohesion"? - can't see it happening.
