This area is not suitable for additional people due to poor conditions of the un-made road. The site does not have running water or drainage and this presents an environmental issue for the area. The site is designated Green Belt and should not be spolit by unstructured housing. The site has previously been unsuccessful at supporting Gypsy/Travellers. Perhaps most importantly I do not want the value of my home destroyed by having gypsy's living on the doorstep.
