This is green belt land surely ? Also, residents in this area will be extremely concerned over integration and potential impact on property prices in what is a premium area of Hockley. There much be more appropriate sites in Rochford where the imact on the community will be less. How can siting a minority group in such an area be appropriate ?
I strongly object to this plan. The council should listen to the views of it's residents
