Have experience working for a council where official Traveller site on my 'patch'. Travellers way of life WILL have a detrimental impact on nearby residences and public spaces(Plumberow Mount). Late night driving of vehicles, burning of tyres, and leaving of litter WILL occur. Other residents will be deterred from using The Mount. Also, a significant increase of traffic will occur along Plumberow Avenue, and given the high number of pupils/parents (from Plumberow and Greensward schools), this will result in an increased safety risk to children especially, as traditionally vehicles from Travellers Sites are often driven in a dangerous manner.
