There is no place in Hawkwell for any large number of additional residential properties. The main roads are already stretched to capacity with no possible means of improvement for more useage. If additional residential properties were to be built in Hawkwell the road structure in and out of the village would eventually come to a standstill. Do we really have to submit to using every single square metre of available land for residential building.
