We consider that the Scenarios that have been set out in the JAAP document are both discreet and expressed clearly utilising text, a spatial plan of each scenario and tables. However, we do feel that overall there is quite a lot of duplication of basic details in the document. Some of the background, evidence base or baseline assessment information that is set out comprehensively in Section 2, also seems to be duplicated either in whole or part in Sections 4 and 5.
