As I have mentioned development should only be on areas that already have housing ie houses built on them. 1 house could be knocked down and 2 or 3 replace them.

Sounds ok when you put it like that, but that just means that you propose to dig up smaller areas of open countryside all over the place. Stick to brownfield sites.
