It is vital to improve traffic congestion.
Redevelopment of Eldon Way Industrial Estate and the Foundry Estate would be more appropriate for the centre of the town.
Community uses such as a new and improved health clinic could be combined with the Jones Family Practice. There is also the Day Centre and Library in this area and there is a large car park behind which is not fully used.
