3.8.1 If Hockley is predominantly 2 stoey why are threr proposals to make it 3-4? Who would want 3-4 stoey flats - certainly not commensurate with Hockley village ! We do not want Hockley concreted over.
3.8.3 Please can the word 'town' but replaced by village.
Mention of green belt seems to be scaremongering. There is no legitimate requirements to use green belt for anything other than that - it must remain sacrosanct, where would it end if otherwise?
