Under 3.3.7 the word 'residential' crops up agan. Cynics may say that this is the sole objective of the council viz build more homes to meet the arbitrary figues put out by the east of england plan.
3.3.9 Period properties are not candidate for demolition, they must be retained. Decrepit shops (eg the old motor spares shop on the corner of Bramerton Road) ARE !
3.3.11 This scary ! I feel that the council just want more residential development without proper infrastructure being in place. Hockley residents are against such expansion.
