How about moving the library to the Old Fire Station and save costs of the fire station (which I believe are £30K pa). Consolidate health care centres on teh vacted library site.
What bothers me is that there is no granularity of development opportunites and we seem to have blanket solutions rather than specifics.
Some improvements to Hockley ARE required but major redevelopment is unwelcome to say the least.
