All the objectives must inc teh words 'without detrimental effect or impact to the village'.
Please drop the word 'town', Hockley is a small village and we like it that way.
Enhancing the public realm/new square is a solution and not an objective. The are further examples of what could be doen intermingled with the objectives. Maany objectives need tro be re-worded to reflect objectives rather than options/solutions.
