Having rightly pointed out the problem of 'addressing the issue of exposed 'backs' of properties to the rear of the library', these two schemes create new exposed backs for residents of d1,f2, g1. Their gardens will be overlooked by the flats of d2, d3, f1, f3, g2, g3. Where will the employment go? How will the residents get to work /school/ leisure? How will 900 car be parked, and how will they get out of the Eldon Way estate given the traffic problems already pointed out by this plan?
