Hockley Area Action Plan - Issues and Options

Representation ID: 8421

Received: 18/04/2009

Respondent: Mr David Ricketts

Representation Summary:

Adding more homes to Hockley may be a goverment target but cannot be good for the village. The roads struggle to cope now and the trains are crowded in rush hour. We moved to Hockley as it is a nice quiet area, this massive redevelopment will spoil this with additional housing. If it is housing association funded then I hope you will be increasing the police funding as I cannot imagine this will stay a low crime area for long.
