The vision ( which I share) states " ensuring the quality of life of its residents.." ...however an increase in air pollution , noise throughout night & day and increase traffic congestion through the development of the airport and runway extension is in direct conflict with this worthy vision.
The objective "ensuring a high quality environment for residents..." is not specific or measurable and cannot be endorsed as a result, therefore I object to this. An objective that stated some tangible and measurable outcomes could be acceptable.
