I hereby register my husband ad myself's total objection to expansion of any kind to Southend Airport.
1. Increased passengers = increased aircraft = increased noise, however efficient the aircraft.
2. I already suffer from regular sleeplessness, causing exhaustion on occasions. Night flights will simply increase this condition to the detriment of my health.
3. Re-routing Eastwoodbury Lane will simply provide a longer stretch of road in which the increased traffic can grind to a halt.
Consultation, what consultation. 'Takeoff' clearly suggests that the proposals in full WILL go ahead.Why treat us like idiots.
