The roads are unsuitable for the current volume of traffic and any improvement would have to include the A127, A13 and the links between them. There would be no link between Cherry Orchard Lane roundabout and Warner's Bridge. You cannot compel bus operators to provide a service in this area and how many office workers are likely to walk to work.Most of the rush hour traffic currently is 'through' traffic whereas the development would lead to areas of concentrated traffic mostly on the business parks. This would create severe conjestion.
