Comment on behalf of the Hockley and Hawkwell Day Centre, Southend Road, Hockley SS5 4PZ which is within the site area L as defined in Fig 7 but no mention is made of the building or plans for the day centre within the report. The day centre is a charitable organisation which provides hot meals and activities for local vulnerable elderly. It is essential it continues its work. The day centre must be allowed to participate in the planning process and be allowed to give its views. Please keep the Chairman (Mr David Turrell) informed and involved. Thank You
