Housing
Consider the following:
i)Convert empty offices above shops to flats.
ii)Convert the empty shops opposite the Methodist Church to flats.
iii)Incorporate the rear of the Factory Industrial Estate to Eldon with screening.The front to be used for housing that would merge in with the existing deveopments near the station.Leave Kilnfield House as is.
iv)'Blood Clinic' to be converted to housing.
v)Review Post Depot for surplus space for housing.
