This beautiful green belt area, boarded by ancient woodland, holds an important footpath and is an important wildlife habitat.
There is no direct road access. The Betts Farm estate comes to a standstill twice a day with school traffic. The level of traffic congestion is beyond belief on the B1013. An extremely unsuitable building area.
