Representation Summary:
Yes I believe that the vision should take into account the different towns and villages have different needs. Hawkwell West is more rural than Rayleigh. Rochford although referred to as a town is mainly rural with very limited shopping choice. Hockley has nowhere near the retail choice of Rayleigh.
