unless and until there are improved facilities then any development would be inappropriate.
the Ashingdon hill itself is a heritage battlefield, an iconic view.
To the other side of the road there are ancient woods
already there has been development along the edge of Golden Cross Road and along Brays Lane.
To go further would be to bring the rural South Fambridge and Canewdon into the urban sprawl. That would also place far more vehicles on the Ashingdon Road.
If a new road was built along the bak then there could be development across lower road to the Ashingdon Road or across to the Crouch but a road is needed
