Each area has its own unique character and needs, providing the district with a diverse environment. Some areas are supported with robust public transport systems, others have limited or no access, especially outside working hours. Heritage and culture along with accessibility need to be considered within the constraints of the environment and parishioners varying requirements need to be considered. Emphasis should be on creating communities that are integrated and not merely ghettos of mass unsustainable housing that deliver commercial gain tot he few at the cost of mental wellbeing.
