All areas, because everywhere it is over-development: meaning loss of habitats, bio-diversity, green space, green fields, scrubland; nature; loss of agricultural land; loss of recreational land and amenities; detrimental to one's mental and physical health; laughable, perverse.
We need farmers to 'bring back' their depleted farmland in order to farm sustainably and responsibly for the future, not to sell it for development due to loss of CAP funding and ELMS ('Public Money for Public Goods').
