Abolutely. We are having more solar farms built in South Fambridge but in truth solar panels should be on all houses.
Wind turbines should accompany each development.
As to percentages - why not all houses to have solar power, alternative heating, upgraded insulation and connected to a hydrogen grid with alternative replacements to gas boilers
