Large housing developments are not suitable especially on sites CFS263 and CFS259 for the following reasons:
- risk of flooding at the bridal path south of the sites
- limited access to doctors surgeries
-limited access to secondary schools
- limited access to childcare for pre-school aged children
- current condition of roads and frequent traffic jams on the main road
- wildlife currently needs to be protected e.g. not uncommon to have badgers and owls in and around the sites
- The scenic cycling and walking routes along the bridal path will be ruined.
