Avoid improved road connectivity unless it encourages electric cars otherwise it will only worsen climate related issues. Rail connectivity would be nice if it didn't require travelling all the way to Shenfield to then go up to Chelmsford etc i.e. new branch line to go north. However I recognise that's probably not going to happen due to cost!
