The whole of Ashtree court is 9ft - 15ft above sea level, a huge concern for flood risk.
Our direct neighbour [REDACTED - personal detail] has a colony of Common pipistrelle bats residing in their loft of which will be disturbed by the noise of new developments and the removal of trees and hedgerows.
Ashtree court, a quiet cul de sac overlooking beautiful peaceful fields, building on these fields would result a loss of privacy and loss of daylight.
Schools in the area are already oversubscribed and Stambridge road and Ashingdon road is already at a standstill with traffic at peak times.
