Representation Summary:

Enable the development of green energy sources but in a sensitive manner that helps increase biodiversity whilst accepting the fact that some green belt land would need to be utilised.

Full text:

Enable land owners to implement solar farms. It's tricky as they are not the most photogenic of objects and they require large areas of land. This can be offset to a degree on that the area can be made more bio diverse instead of some mono culture open field. This would require greenbelt land but should be limited to a specific percentage of it so we don't end up with nothing but solar panels everywhere. Implemented with a combination of wind generation would be ideal but I recognise that is likely to generate far more objections due to the visible nature. Investigation into biogas is also worthwhile as it is likely to be quite carbon neutral due to the ability of the local area to support growth of the biomatter and reduce transport needs. All developments should have a core requirement that biodiversity is increased in the local vicinity.
