I totally agree that the Upper Roach Valley - explicitly Hockley Woods, Cherry Orchard country park and the surrounding farmland. should be fully preserved. It is quite a small area and intrusions of further building in the area would reduce its impact as a green centre. The small development areas on the edges of the green area should largely be refused.
I am less familiar with the costal protection belt but given the plan should take account the protection this area provides and limit development accordingly.
