In your earlier page you state - Addressing these challenges is made complicated by the fact that the majority of our rural land is designated as part of the Metropolitan Green Belt meaning that new development is generally restricted, save for some exceptions for agricultural and forestry development. I would like as much of Rochford / Ashingdon as possible to maintain its character by having the least amount of building on it's greenbelt.
