The whole of great stambridge needs to be protected from all housing development, the infrastructure cannot cope with more residents. Traffic is a major concern for me as a father of 2 young boys, we regularly take walks around the village and into Rochford and the volume/speed of traffic is dangerously high, before ANY developments are considered the surround infrastructure not only of great stambridge but also the surrounding villages and towns MUST be improved.
