Leave the area around The Mill and the Mill Hall alone. The Civic centre and the land along Websters Way and Bull Lane are not suitable for housing or flats. This is town centre cramming. All the open spaces need to be protected. 33K people in Rayleigh they don’t have the same amount of open space available to them proportionally as other residents in the district.
