Development in Rawreth is inappropriate. There will be urban sprawl that will merge Wickford to Rayleigh (especially with the development of Wolsey Park and the area to the West to the A1245. The roads around this area are already heavily congested, there has been no primary school provision for Wolsey Park and secondary school provision is Deanes. Developing any further around this area will cause major backups into Rayleigh and the Southend Penisula.
