The proposed new link road from A130 to the road between Carpenters Arms and Fairglen is a BIG BIG mistake. That road is already at a standstill the whole length in rush hour - to put lights half way down and expect to feed traffic from the A130 into the north of Fairglen will make this impassable as an exit out of Rayleigh (including the vast new estates proposed in Rawreth, West of Wolsey) and the additional HGV’s from Michelins Farm.

Keep building houses and there will be no options to put the infrastructure in. The area will suffocate and people will move away and the area will die.
