Largest population by far in the district (Rayleigh) needs a swimming pool. It’s stupid that the large percentage of people need to travel to other towns to access this facility. This will be good exercise for the 46% increase in over 70 age group population.
Cycle parking in Rayleigh high street. Bike hire schemes in Rayleigh. Cycle paths connecting the towns (especially those not on the train line like Hullbridge). Open spaces for horse-riding and bridleways expanded, specific dog walking fields (with fenced boundaries) within Rayleigh itself.
More allotment sites.
