The area around the Dutch Cottage in Crown Hill should be protected from development. There are only 2 Dutch cottages in the country and the best one is in Rayleigh. This is not included in the conservation area.
Area around the Windmill in Rayleigh should be protected and not subject to development for housing.
The Mill Hall should be become an asset of extreme importance. A town the size of Rayleigh needs a large community venue.
