I see nothing on this plan that will help with reducing carbon emission. There is no mention of cycle paths to and from new developments, improvements in infrastructure, green/eco homes, charging stations or even keeping as much green space (woodlands, varied planting schemes near areas of high traffic flow). No allotments mentioned. Plants and sustainable no-till farming are capable of taking carbon back into the soil but I see nothing in this plan about addressing any of these issues - just about ripping this up and replacing it with structures that will harm the environment.
