With reference to COL07 and COL20 . These should not be included in the Local Plan as future residential development sites. These are both in the Conservation Area and the council have a duty to protect them for present & future generations. It will make these areas overdeveloped as well as losing two major assets namely The Mill Hall & the Civic Suite.
